Leave ladders, handrails, return fittings, skimmer baskets, and accessories by side of pool

WHAT YOU DO BEFORE WE ARRIVE:
Have power to the pool equipment
Have access to running water to fill water bags
Leave your winter cover, water bags, winter plugs/gizzmos, and accessories by the side of pool
Shut off pool timers
If using a mesh/tarp cover lower water level to 4"-6" below skimmer(s)
PLEASE REMEMBER:
- Service technicians may, at their discretion, replace worn, damaged or missing parts which are necessary to properly winterize your pool, such as plugs, blowout extensions and cover anchors.
- To schedule your pool opening or closing at least one week in advance and that while we try our best to arrive on your requested/scheduled date sometimes it is not always possible.
- If you have special instructions and we have not winterized your pool in the past, or if you have a concrete pool, please let us know.
- Any other service work must be pre-scheduled.
- Do not put the winter cover on before the closing.
- There is no warranty for pools closed after the first hard freeze.
- Full payment is expected prior to, or at time of pool opening/closing.
